My users cannot see the link to the studio in the portal. I can see it as an administrator, but the users that I want to build flows and forms cannot see the link. How do I get them access to this without making them Administrators?

These users will need to be added to the Designers Group if you want them to have access to the Studio. They will only be able to see the folders that you give them permission to, they will not see the System folder for example.
