Hi,

I’m trying to install another instance of Decisions in our Test Environment.

[li]Should I leave the encryption key file blank? If not, where can I get the .DAT file? I don’t see any DAT files in the installbackup folder on our other test computer.[/li][/ol]

More than likely, you can bypass the Encryption Key File step. Its not required for installation and is usually used when a system with existing encryption is being upgraded or moved.

For the IIS error, it is likely a Windows feature is disabled. Verify that Dynamic Content Compression and Static Content Compression are both enabled under IIS. I attached a screenshot of what youll be looking for.
