Data Structure Namespace
Comments
-
Ive created a few Data Structures and theyve inherited the Folders name into their namespace.
I want to change my Folders name. Will this affect my Data Structure? Is it possible to change the namespace of a Data Structure?

You can rename folders containing your Data Structures without any issue. We add the folder path to the namespace in order to reduce the likelihood of users creating a Data Structure with the same name. There is no relationship between the structure and its folder after it is created.
When creating a new Data Structure, the namespace is set by default as its folder path. You have the ability to define a custom namespace while creating the Data Structure. Refer screenshot.

You can change the namespace using the Copy Designer Folder action. I have attached a video demonstrating this[color=rgb(34, 34, 34)][font=georgia, serif].
