  • Hi

    We have a new workflow, but we had an issue where the assignment was assigned to a nonexistent group and no-one could complete the assignment. We tried to update the assignment.all_assignments field with the correct value but that didn’t work ( even after bouncing the decisions server as we are aware this stuff is cached)

    I believe one can ‘redo’ an assignment – could you provide some documentation on this ?

  • Click on Edit Assignment Setup

    Scroll down to the Assignment Reuse section and set the dropdown to No, Always, or If Same Assignee
