Can't add a Tag to Document (Solved)

Hello,

I am trying to add a tag to a document and a flow and it doesnt seem to work. I am using the Add Tag step and the flow can run but it doesnt add the tag to the document after the flow is done running. I have attached an image of my Add Tag step so you can see how I have it set up.
