Email Tasking / Email Assignments

Hello,
I am trying to create an assignment flow. Basically, I want a manager to fill out a form and send this form to an employee as an assignment. So, the employee should fill out his own part on the form and can see the managers inputs as well. Also, I need a reminder to remind assignment to the related person.
I will be very appreciated if you can solve my problem. Thanks.

I have explained how to create an assignment flow step by step below. If you need additional documentation please refer links at the bottom of the email.

1. First, create an initial form including your necessary form components. In my example, I created a basic form that requires the user to fill his first and last name.

2. Second, create a new form that contains previous components and additional components that assigned user should fill out. In my example, I added a number component in addition to previous form components. So, the assigned user should fill only number box, and he should see previously entered first and last name on the form. You can use the Data tab on the right to drag previously entered data. And also dont forget to select Label of Data Value".
- Once you finish with that go to your flow. Select your assignment form and fill out below-mentioned parts. You can customize your email template according to your needs.
