To fetch Email Headers in a subfolder, you can use a step called Get Headers in Folder." This works similarly to "Get Headers" except youll want to input your folder path here as well.
The syntax of locating emails outside of the default folder should be [LabelName] or [LabelName]/[SubLabel] for GMail. Ex: Notes or Notes/Files

The Get Email step also includes a "Folder" property you can fill out to fetch emails from your subfolders. The syntax for this is the same one listed above (for GMail).
