• This error is occurring because your clusters are using different encryption keys (i.e. Keys.dat). You will want to go through the following steps to resolve this:

    1) Go to the following folder path for both instances and locate the Keys.dat file: C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerInstancesControl
    2) For one instance, youll want to take a backup of the Keys.dat file by saving this in another folder. App 1, for example.
    3) Then, youll want to copy the Keys.dat file in the other instance (e.g. App 2) and paste it to App 1s InstanceControl folder. Youll want to overwrite the old Keys.dat file.

Essentially, youll take a backup copy of the Keys.dat file you do not expect to use. You may save it anywhere you want (e.g. in the Documents folder). And youll need to copy and paste the Keys.dat from one instance to the other so they have matching .dat files. If the system validation does not get resolved after this change, you may need to restart Service Host Manager.
