AD Agent Issue

Hi All - We have needed to reinstall our production active directory on a 24/7 server. Therefore, we deleting the existing and reconfigured all settings and agent download, etc. After following the Setting up an Agent documentation again, we are getting the attached error notifications. Previously, I know Decisions had to open the portal to allow the agent from their end. Is this a one-time thing or required for any new agent setup (i.e. this one)? We initially did not have .NET 4.8 installed on the server, had that installed and verified. We are still getting the same response.

Check the firewall rules between both servers to allow connections from the agent on port 4502, update the elevated user password, delete the existing AD accounts and groups, reset the AD server registrations sync info, and ran a new manual sync job.
