Following the documentation for the addition of new external entities, https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/external-entities-2, I see that we dont have any action/flow to insert new items into the external entity.
Can you please guide us on how we can achieve this?

By default, we dont have a user action for inserting an item into the external entity. We will have built a custom user action that contains the Insert step specific to the external database.
