Hi,
Is it possible to define a Sender Name for emails that are being sent via Decisions? Currently, they show up in my email client as the From address defined on the step. As an example, I would like emails from support@decisions.com to show up as Decisions Support in my email client.

Yes, it is possible to achieve this in Decisions. Youll need to format the From input on the Send Email step as shown in below screenshot to define a custom Sender Name.
This would allow you to define a custom Sender Name as per your requirement.
