Is there a way to have an empty row on a Data Repeater when the Form is ran?

We can add a empty row on the data Repeater when the Form is first ran by adding a empty array on the Form input in the Flow. We can set the data repeater input to "Build Array" and set the individual fields to constant and leave them blank.
