Hello,
I created a Group User action to be shown on my report. I assumed the Group user action will only show when I select multiple records on my report. However, it is showing up for single records as well. How can I limit the visibility of the Group action only to multi-selected items.

There is a way to limit the visibility of the Group action only to the Multi-select on the Report.
Navigate to the Page Designer that the Report is part of. Click on the Report element. Navigate to the Properties Tab>Behavior>Actions>Filter Actions. We need to enable Filter Actions. Under the Category Name we need to add the exact name of the Group User Actions. Now these Group Actions will only Appear on multi selected rows on the report. If we add an action to "By Name" field" this action will appear on single selected rows only.
