Portal Page Question

OK, I’ve created my main flow, the request forms, and the approver forms. I need some sort of a landing page where users can click on a link to start this workflow or other workflows.
Can that be done with a dashboard, portal page? Can I put that “page” on a separate folder, or does it have to be inside the designer page where the workflow is?

Absolutely, a Dashboard is very customizable to include anything from adding Buttons that run your Flows to displaying the Dashboard on any folder location you set it to. You can also set permissions and display your Page on a Root Folder (usually a regular Folder where you can direct your Process Data) to have it show in the User Portal.
