  • I have configured a generic Email Inbox as a FileWatcher for Decisions to process files within this inbox. The email account does not have a "user" associated. Is there a way to specify a service account to access this inbox? For instance, i have email inbox FileWatcher@work.com, but i want to get the emails with a user, SvcResponse, that has access to the inbox. Is that possible?

    For fetching the emails from an account, we will need to provide the account credentials along with the server name and the port number as inputs to the corresponding step in the Flow designer in Decisions.
    Enabling access to an email from a service account is not something that is not configurable from the Decisions end.
