CSS Control of Disabled Controls / Completed Forms

CSS Control of Disabled Controls / Completed Forms

Comments

  • Our organization has numerous CSS classes that it applies to controls and we have noticed that these classes are disabled or not parsed when the control is viewed on a completed form. This seems true of disabled controls as well, which appear to have a default darkened tinting as well as a reduced opacity.

Is there any way that the default styling applied by disabled controls (and by completed form controls, if this effect is not from being disabled) can be overridden so that our CSS classes will be respected? Is there any way to disable default styling for controls or apply a global class over disabled controls?
