Hello,

When is this user editing the email body? Is the idea that theyll be able to, after receiving the email, reply back with edits? Or is it that the user can edit the email body before it gets sent?

If the email body is predictable or always the same, and youre just filling in blanks, you could read the variables" into a temporary holding variables with a Create Data step.

Then you could have an assigned form ([url=http://]https://documentation.decisions.com/assigning-form-interactions-as-tasks/[/url]) that displays the current version of the email body with all the blanks filled
