Can the timeout threshold for returning queries be increased?
Can the timeout threshold for returning queries be increased?

I have some queries that recently almost always timeout. In the logs, the only error I can find is a timeout error related to a couple of the queries. Is it possible for me to increase the timeout threshold in Decisions to see if I continue to get the error?

Hi,
If you want to test the timeout threshold then you can change the default timeout length in your Settings.xml file.
In Program Files > Decisions > Decisions Services Manager > Settings.xml.
There is a field in here called
60
If you change this value and restart SHM, then you will change how long Decisions waits before throwing the error.
