Filtering list

Thank you for reaching out in our forum. The Evaluate All In List step is intended to evaluate each item in a list against a rule and route the Flow based on a True or False result. It does not return a specific item from the list.

If you need to retrieve a value from the filtered list, you can use one of the following approaches:

• Get Item by Index – Use this when you know the position of the item in the filtered list.
• Regular Expression – Use this when you need to identify or extract a specific value based on a pattern.

The appropriate option depends on whether you already know the item's position or need to locate it based on its value or format.
