How can I make a left-click on an inbox assignment open the "fill in the form" action in Decisions?
Hi all,
When I assign a task to a user in Decisions, the task appears in their inbox as a clickable link. However, left-clicking the link doesn’t open the form—only right-clicking and selecting the action works. Is there a way to configure the inbox so that left-clicking an assignment directly opens the "fill in the form" action? I remember this might have been possible in earlier versions. Any advice on how to achieve this or workarounds would be appreciated!

Hello,Currently, Decisions does not support assigning custom actions, like "fill in the form", to the left-click event on assignments in the system inbox or system-level reports. This behavior isn’t configurable in the platform at this time.0
