SFTP Connection Fails with .pub RSA Key File—How to Use SSH Keys in Decisions SFTP Steps?
We’re trying to update our SFTP connection in Decisions (v8.16) after our client changed their authentication method. They provided us with an RSA public key (.pub file), but we’re having trouble configuring the SFTP step to use this file for authentication. How should we set up the SFTP connection with the provided .pub file, and what file format does Decisions require for SFTP authentication?

Hello,
Decisions does not support using only a public key (.pub) for SFTP authentication. You must use a private key file. (.pem format) If you need help generating a private key, consult your IT team or your client’s IT contact.
