      Hello all,

      Im having some issue getting some of the SMTP steps, such as the Get Email steps working properly, when it had worked previously before. I had passed in my password and had enabled less secure apps setting in for my account, but it seems it is still being blocked. Is there anything I had configured incorrectly?

      Hello Sam,

      Due to Google depreciating the "[url=https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en#zippy=,use-an-app-password]Less Secure App Access[/url]" setting for all Google Accounts, Decisions processes that require access to these accounts will now need to create an App Password. Once the App password has been created, users can, for example, use this value in the Get Email steps to maintain access.

      Hi Anthony,

      After setting up app pasword, Decisions is throwing error -> "[b]Object reference not set to an instance of an object.[/b][b]" [/b]
