Can we delete the files in this folder and should they be deleted automatically ?

Regarding this folder path (Decisions > Decisions Web Host > HUI > tempFiles), the items do not get automatically deleted. In order to remove these items you will need to: Stop Service Host Manager from Windows Services application. Delete the items from the tempFiles folder. Restart Service Host Manager again.If Service Host Manager restarts on its own, you may also need to stop Service Host Manager Watcher and restart it once you delete these files. We use this folder as temporary storage to keep items available for downloading while they are used in flows.

Your point about how the folder is used.. Does that mean if we delete these files, they won’t be available to be used in flows? We use files in flows in my points, such as editable pdfs which we populate from fields in a flow and also case files, that we attach to an application form. Thanks

These items are are stored in the DB as File Data. We write them to this location when the flow is executing. I would suggest making a backup of this folder in case anything goes wrong. However, it should not be an issue if you stop Service Host Manager, remove the files, and start Service Host Manager again. Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
