Accommodate different endpoint URLs

My Rest service is working completely fine with given Endpoint URL. Now I have to deploy my Decisions Service and in the new Environment, the endpoint URL is different. How can I remap my REST Service URL so that it gets changed based on the environment it is in.

Please let me know if my question is dusky and needs clarification!
