Primary logs in a month/day/year/time format

Hello, Decisions.
Recently my team has noticed that our primary logs are showing up in a different format. Instead of the logs showing up as "primary.log" Im seeing logs that show up as 32720211059AM. Can the team let me know what is wrong with our logs?

When logs are saved in this format. It typically means that when Service Host Manager tried to write to the primary.log file but it was locked. So we write a datetimelog file. We typically see this behavior when users use a log ingestion tool like Splunk.
