Removing certain repo actions

[font=Calibri, sans-serif]We are looking to remove the ability to check in to our repo in some of our environments. Ideally, we’d like to make a rule that only allows checkout and maybe viewing the repo server for non-admins. Is that something that can be done fairly easily?[/font]

An Action Visibility Rule will hide all actions for which it returns true, meaning you can potentially hide all actions for a type.
