Removing certain repo actions

We are looking to remove the ability to check in to our repo in some of our environments. Ideally, we’d like to make a rule that only allows checkout and maybe viewing the repo server for non-admins. Is that something that can be done fairly easily?

To accomplish this, youll need to set up the following:
A Configuration Extension for Designer Folders (search DesignerProjectFolder as the type name)

A Configuration Extension for normal Folders (search DefaultFolderBehavior as the type name)

A Configuration Extension for Designer Elements (applies to Flows, Forms, User-Defined Data Structures, etc - search ElementRegistration as the type name)

An Action Visibility Rule in each of the configuration extension folders from steps 1 and 2 that will hide check-in actions

Note: Using an Action Visibility Rule in a Configuration Extension to modify the behaviors of native Decisions types will apply to ALL instances of that particular type. An Action Visibility Rule will hide all actions for which it returns true, meaning you can potentially hide all actions for a type. Test your Action Visibility Rule before closing the designer window.
