Storing Emails

Hi Bojan, Decisions ability to interact with emails in Outlook is currently limited to the following IMAP steps:

The Move step can take an email from Sent and place it in another folder assuming you already know its ID, current path, & destination path and have access to the Outlook server.

No, that appears to be a configuration on the Outlook side. Emails sent through an email server from external servers often do not automatically appear in a Sent folder for many email providers, and to have programmatically sent emails appear in a Sent folder, there is typically a setting to allow this. (depending on the type of email server) I found the following links which may be helpful:
