Accessing a Form from Action List on a Page

I recently created a report and would like to create a right click action that displays entity data from the entity id of the selected row. How could I do this?

You can use User Actions to add a link that will open the form you want to access.
User actions allow you to create flows that can act on data relating to a specific instance of an entity by right clicking on the entity and using the menu that is presented. The flow will have the selected entities data available to it as an input to the flow.
