Manually Updating Module

I recommend taking a look at the modules version number prior updating module as a way to confirm new module is installed successfully. To view Decisions modules, navigate folders [b]System > Administration > Features[/b]

Here are the steps to manually update modules:

1. Open Services
2. Stop Service Host Manager (SHM) Watcher, then stop SHM
3. Navigate to module directory: C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services Managermodules
4. Delete the existing module directory (both the folder and zip file)
5. Input new module zip in module directory
6. Navigate to Available Module directory: C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagermodulesDecisions.LocalAvailableModules
7. Repeat Steps 4 (only zip will exist here) and 5 in Available Module directory
8. Start SHM
9. Check module version number in Decisions
