Manually Updating Module
Manually Updating Module

Hi,
I have an update version of one of the Decisions modules, however I have no idea on how to correctly install it to Decisions. How would I go about doing this?
-
I recommend taking a look at the modules version number prior updating module as a way to confirm new module is installed successfully. To view Decisions modules, navigate folders System > Administration > Features

Here are the steps to manually update modules:- Open Services
- Stop Service Host Manager (SHM) Watcher, then stop SHM
- Navigate to module directory: C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services Managermodules
- Delete the existing module directory (both the folder and zip file)
- Input new module zip in module directory
- Navigate to Available Module directory: C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagermodulesDecisions.LocalAvailableModules
- Repeat Steps 4 (only zip will exist here) and 5 in Available Module directory
- Start SHM
- Check module version number in Decisions
