New Instance Errors in Multi-Tenant

Hello,
Using the online documentation I setup a new customer and instance in a multi-tenant environment. Everything appears to be setup correctly, but when I login and access a folder such as “My Apps” I get an error. The folder and entire environment is completely empty though. I have tried a few different things and have slightly different errors.
Did I miss something in my setup? It is hard to tell if I didn’t set it up right, if there is a space/memory issue somewhere, or something else. I did check the Decisions server and database server and they both have a lot of available space.

Hi,
Can you clear these files at the below path out to another location on the filesystem and restart the tenant service?
C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerInstancesControlDynamicKnownTypes.Net

I followed the steps below, restarted the instance, and it appears to be working now.
