Hi,
Does decisions support CRUD operations to the Lookup lists and Constants under System/Designers folder via API’s or flows?

We dont expose services that update Flow Constants and Lookup Lists by api.
An alternative here would be to create a data structure that serves the same purpose and setup a rest integration with a flow that updates the values.
