Hi,
When using the link below the page is meant to load with translations,
As shown in the screenshot it is not loading correctly, however I cannot personally replicate this issue as every time I load the link, I can see the translation. I have also attached a document with the same issue.
This is a matter of urgency as this is currently failing in live.
The guest account has the translation file correct attached under the language see below.
