[font=Calibri, sans-serif]We have set the report viewer to descending order by Ticket # as a sub-sort to the Priority column, but they seem to be in ascending order.[/font]

I am grouping on priority, and sorting on both priority and ticket #

Can you go into the report editor for this report and try only having the group by priority selected and descending for ticket number selected and see if this works as expected?
