Is there a way to organize types of groups? I want to create 2 different group types but am not sure if I am able to.
Thanks!

I think Linked Groups will give you what you need here. Here is a doc explaining this concept and how to set them up: https://documentation.decisions.com/using-base-groups/
With this setup, you could have a Parent Group linked to the child group. Anywhere you needed all the members in the Parent Group and Child Group, you would input the Parent group as a normal group. All the members of the Parent Group and the Linked Child Groups will be used.

I found a way to show the group organization using a Custom SQL Query and a custom Report with a Flow_Inline_Field. I am happy to show you this on a call.
Note, this would not allow an interaction with the groups. Additionally, anywhere where you were picking Groups the tree would not display correctly
(e.g.
Parent Child Parent2 Child
)
This is a Great Feature Request and I will submit this for you to our Dev Team.
