Get Comment and File attached to an Assignment

I use Process Form Assignment Response step to perform Assignment Approval. In the step I update comment and file field but I do not know how to extract these data when I have assignment id. I searched steps and properties but do not see any step or properties for that. Do you have any advice for me?

Both fields are outputs on the assigned form via the action-outcome path.
