I am trying to have a “Print” option on a form. could you please provide the correct training document and/or video?

We currently do not have a print form control. However, you can add other form controls such as Download File or Multiple File Download in order to retrieve documents and print it from your machine. What is it specifically that you want to be able to print from your form?

Darn! I would have liked to print the entire form.

We are a dental support group so we are responsible for billing patient insurances, billing patients, setting DR contracts, etc. We have an approval form that must be signed off by management here in the corporate office before an employee is able to charge a high balance to a patient. Once management approves the form and the transfer is completed, we then have to print and file away these approvals for auditing purposes as well as field (dental office managers and DR) review.

When a form is completed in Decisions it can be viewed later as a completed form. This is an image that actually can be printed.
It probably isn’t exactly what you’re looking for but we may be able to show you that feature to see if it would solve the base part of the problem.
