  • Ive got a quick question about emailing a report to a group. Ive been able to send a report to 1 email address by adding it manually but I was wondering if it was possible to get all the emails out a group and pass them to the email report" flow."

  • Sending reports is something that is extremely common and often go along with scheduling a job to do it on a recurring basis. Ill give you the steps to do this, but you can set this up to just send one time, if necessary.     1. In the Designer Studio, navigate to System > Jobs and Events > Scheduled Jobs in the folder tree on the left side of your screen.
    2. Click New Send Report Job at the top in blue
    3. Give this job a name, select which report you want to send (click Pick and open folders to find yours, or just type the name into the search bar)

    4. You will see a box to select accounts (that live in decisions or you have integrated with from another system) or groups (that live in decisions or you have integrated with from another system). Click Add New and the list of groups or accounts will open and you can select one of them at a time.
    5. Below Groups, you will see Schedule Configuration" with a drop down list. You can select when you want to send this report. Click Specify Job Schedule (if you want to specify a specific date/time) and a new item pops up called "Specified Job Schedule Information." Here you can select the date/time you want it to run.
    6. Click Ok and you will see your new scheduled job on the report."
