Dear,

I am trying to create a drop down list with static items for a user to select from on one form. However, in another form, I would like to show the same drop down list but with the item that the user previously selected showing in the list. This is so that if the user wants to change his mind, he can. If not the default will remain the original item he chose previously.

Kindly advise how I might do this.

The selected item from your first form will be an output that you name in the properties of the drop down list under Output Data Selected Item(s) Data Name. You can then map that selected item into the input for the selected item for your second form in the flow designer. Please let me know if you have any questions.
