I attended Decisions training in Norfolk, VA in February. I was hoping to get the [color=rgb(34, 34, 34)]example[/color] used to show dynamic forms where a state was chosen from a combo box and the city combo box was populated based on the selection of that state. Would it be possible to have that sent over to me?
