I am looking to find information about all my Flows/Forms/Rules id, who created/modified it, type, etc. Is there some place where I can easily find this without having to check each object on my own?

You can find information about all Form, Flows, Reports, and Rules in the element_registration table in your Decisions database.
You can refer https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/guide-of-decisions-entities-locations-in-sql-tables for more information on what SQL tables store which Decisions data.
