How can I dynamically export a list of dependencies (with flow names and IDs) for a specific flow or project to Excel or CSV within a flow in Decisions, instead of just viewing them in the portal?

Hello!

Currently Decisions does not provide a built-in step to directly access Project Mapping Info fields or export dependencies dynamically within a flow. The dependency viewer and reports can show this info, but not in a downloadable format from within a flow.

Here’s what you can try:

• Use the Fetch Distinct Values or Fetch Entities step with "ModuleResourceDependency [DecisionsServiceHost]" as the Type Name. Set your query parameters as Fetch Criteria/Selected Field to filter for the dependencies you need.
• If you need to export the results, add a step to write the output to Excel or CSV.
• If this approach doesn’t meet your requirements, a custom solution or professional services engagement may be needed using the various dependency steps and sourcing a report.
