Scheduled Flow Running Repeatedly on Failure
Hello, we are still running Decisions v8.6. We have seen a few instances where a scheduled flow experiences some kind of exception during execution where we would expect the job to simply fail but it continuously re-runs the job/flow. We have limited the "No. of Attempts" and unchecked "Requeue Failed Action". Is there some other setting we are missing to prevent this from occurring?
As an example, we have one flow set to run on a monthly schedule. It uses a catch-exception step to send an error email notification then route the flow to the error state. During it's most recent run, it threw an exception. The job then proceeded to re-run the failed flow multiple times per minute (sending multiple emails per minute) until someone was online to disable the job.

Hi kacrysel_amerisafe,Thanks for reaching out to Decisions Support. Can you include a screenshot of all of the steps along your catch-exception path?0
