Decisions Hosted Minor Upgrade Process
As a Decisions Hosted customer, what is the standard process for minor platform version upgrades? Does it need to be requested specifically for our platform or is it automatically applied during monthly maintenance?

Our Decisions-Hosted customers must request an upgrade to their environments. The request can be made by submitting a Support Ticket with the following information:
- Server Name(s)
- Environment (production, non-production, repo)
- Current Version
- Version Upgrading to
- Several Downtime Windows (including start and end times and time zone)
We recommend upgrading lower environments first before production environments to perform thorough testing. We also recommend reviewing breaking changes for the versions you're upgrading to.
