What does the CountyInfoService do in the Internal Decisions Service step, does it require setup?

Hello,

Can someone clarify what the CountyInfoService does when used in the Internal Decisions Service step in Decisions? Is it calling an external service, or does it need to be configured somewhere? I tried testing it but got no results. Any insight would be appreciated!

Hello,

The CountyInfoService in the Internal Decisions Service step does not call any external service. It retrieves county data from "System Data > Contact Details > County Info" within Decisions. If you haven't configured or submitted data in that section, the service will return no results. It does not use the USPS module or any external lookup. To get results, you need to add county information directly into the system data area.
