How can we implement a splash screen in a Project and apply gradient colors in a Report BarChart?

We are currently working on a project that requires adding a Splash Screen. Is there any functionality in Decisions that supports creating or displaying a splash screen?

Additionally, when creating graphs, is there a way to apply gradient colors to the chart elements?

Splash Screen Functionality: 

• Decisions does not have a built-in splash screen feature. You can customize it using a Custom login flow

Gradient Colours in Graphs:-

• Decisions supports customizing chart and graph colours; however, gradient colours are not natively supported. You can apply solid colours, but gradient effects are not available at this time.
