Why can't one for my groups not see my case entities?
Hello,
I'm and Admin and I can view my case entities however some of my users in another group cannot view all the case entities that were visible to them previously. Any insight you could provide to restore the group's visibility would be appreciated.

Here are some steps you can take to try restoring your groups visibility to the case missing case entities:
1. Review the required Folder and Entity Action permissions (CanUse, CanOpen, CanView) for the affected users/groups.
2. Check for any conflicting Action Visibility Rules that might restrict access.
3. Reset and reapply the permissions on the specific folder containing the case entities.
4. Verify if users can now access the case details as expected.
