Getting Current Date in Merge Text Editor

In The Merge Plain Text editor: Where will I get the current Date?

The easiest method to get the current date in the merge plain text editor is to do as follows:

1 Open or create a new Flow. This is the Flow where the merge text event will be

2 In the flow, add a Get Current Date step. This step will retrieve the current date that ultimately gets used in the Merge Text Editor.

3 Add the step that will house the Merge Text Editor. In this case it is a popup, however many steps take advantage of the merge text editor such as Merge to HTML and Pick or Create TextMerge.

4 In the Merge Text Editor, setup the message as desired. Once ready to use the current date, navigate to the left sidebar, open Get Current Date 1_Output and drag in Date
