Changing between 12 hour time and 24 hour time
Decisions provides the option to change the time format between 24 hour and 12 hour time. There is, however, no way to set these settings per user and they can only be set globally.
If 24 hour time is desired rather than using AM/PM, do the following:
1 Navigate to System > Settings > Portal Settings then select Edit
2 Locate the Globalization Settings then Time Format
3 Select Use 24-hour Format then SAVE
After this, the server should use 24 hour time as opposed to 12 hour.
